The BTV30.2PA-64B-11C-D-FW is a machine control terminal produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Designed as a PC-based operator panel, it combines visualization and control functions at the machine front end, allowing CNC or PLC software to run locally while commands are entered through the integrated keys and display. In automated cells, the terminal serves as the human-machine interface between the control system and daily machine operation. This arrangement keeps the operating display and control computer together in one enclosure at the point of use.
Its interface centers on a 10.4" TFT color display that presents process graphics clearly, and the native 640 × 480 pixels resolution supports legacy visualization packages still used on many production lines. This screen format also suits applications that rely on established VGA-class layouts rather than newer widescreen interfaces. Computing tasks are handled by a Pentium 200 MHz processor on a slot CPU card, and the system is supported by 64 MB RAM for operating functions, diagnostics, and modest data storage. For removable media, the panel includes a 3.5" 1.44 MB disk drive, which allows local file transfer when network access is limited.
