The BTV30.2CA-28R-45C-D-FW is a machine control terminal created by Rexroth Indramat. This optimal machine control unit can be merged with several NC units with SPS or various stand-alone logic devices for peak machine function. There are nine accessible modules in which the BTV30.2CA-28R-45C-D-FW can be configured. The BTV30.2CA-28R-45C-D-FW and its capabilities are equal to any industry computer.
The BTV30.2CA-28R-45C-D-FW includes a 10.4 flat color display monitor, ASC11 keyboard, keyboard mouse and a floppy disk port amongst other features. There is a port on the device for an external keyboard if necessary. The outer material of the device is made of durable PC/ABS to prevent damage and wear and tear in an industrial setting. The glass that guards the surface of the unit’s display meets EMC requirements. Additionally, the outer materials of the BTV30.2CA-28R-45C-D-FW are resistant to much of the coolants and lubricants that may be transferred onto the machine. The terminal can be secured and mounted in many different ways and can be combined with BTM15 AND BTM16 control panels.
