BTV30.2CA-24R-55C-D-FW is an operator terminal designed for industrial control applications. This Bosch Rexroth terminal allows operators to monitor and control processes from the plant floor. The IP65 rated front panel of the unit provides rugged protection, allowing installation of the unit so that it is exposed and workers on the plant floor can easily use it to monitor and control industrial machinery. The terminal comes with pre-installed Windows operating system. A Pentium processor clocked at 1 GHz provides fast program execution for real-time control applications. The system is equipped with 1 GB of high-speed RAM which allows it to smoothly handle multiple applications simultaneously. A 10.5 inch TFT display provides full-color application access. The operator input method is a full American-design keyboard. In addition, 8 machine-control keys are located on the right side of the front panel.
The terminal is equipped with several communication interfaces that include one RS-232 serial, one FastEthernet interface, and two USB interfaces. A 3.5-inch drive allows use of floppy disks for program installation and data retrieval. There are 10 ISA slots on the BTV30.2CA-24R-55C-D-FW unit. One of these is occupied by the Pentium CPU.
