The BTV30.1PA-16R-50B-D-000000-FW is a machine control terminal built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. It combines an industrial PC, an operator panel, and a visualization display in one enclosure, so machine commands and status information can be handled from a single front panel. In automated machining cells, the unit serves as the local interface between the machine process and the higher-level control system. This arrangement lets operating data, alarms, and command inputs remain available at the point of use without adding a separate computer or display module.

Its computing logic runs on a 166 MHz Pentium processor, which is suitable for ladder execution, file handling, and screen refresh in legacy control tasks. Process variables are shown on a 10.4 in. TFT display with 640 × 480 color resolution for readable alarms and status screens. Historical data and NC part programs are stored on a hard drive with 500 MB minimum storage, and older files can still be loaded through the built-in 3.5 in. 1.44 MB floppy drive.
