The BTV30.1CD-16R-50B-D-020300-FW is a machine control terminal built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. It integrates visualization, data entry, and basic logic so that a numerical-control line can be supervised from a single front panel. Used on machining centers and other cells that require CNC sequencing, the unit lets operators load part programs, issue axis commands, and monitor status without leaving the work area. Because the display and input section are combined in one housing, machine status and command entry remain available at the same location.

The terminal is driven by a Pentium 166 MHz processor that provides enough computing capacity for real-time interpolation and quick screen refreshes. Program storage is provided by a hard disk with a capacity of at least 500 MB, while legacy file transfer is supported through an internal 3.5-inch 1.44 MB floppy drive. Visual feedback is provided by a 10.4-inch TFT color display operating at 640 × 480 pixels, which allows clear viewing of G-code, alarms, and graphics. The front panel is rated IP 65, helping block dust and low-pressure water jets from the display and membrane keys, while the rear housing is rated IP 20 for cabinet installation. Eight machine function keys are located on the right side for cycle or coolant commands, and the keyboard uses a German layout for BOF environments. The application class is CNC, and the unit carries an export restriction.

The slide-in chassis measures 372 × 335 × 200 mm, allowing installation in 19-inch rack drawers or custom brackets close to the operator station. The unit is Version 1. Fully assembled, the panel and electronics weigh 10.5 kg, which helps provide a stable interface during continuous production shifts.
