The BTV30.1CD-08R-50B-D-010200-FW is a machine control terminal manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Designed for CNC installations subject to export restrictions, it serves as the local human-machine interface for starting programs, adjusting feeds, and monitoring axis status directly at the cabinet. The unit combines processing capability, a color display, and integrated input devices, so no separate operator panel is required on the machining line. This arrangement keeps routine machine interaction in one enclosure at the point of use.

Its display subsystem uses a 10.4-inch TFT color display that renders 640 × 480 pixels for G-code visualization and alarm messages. A Pentium 166 MHz processor manages terminal functions while maintaining communication with the drive controller network. Program files are stored on a minimum 500 MB hard drive, and legacy part programs can still be loaded through the mounted 3.5-inch 1.44 MB disk drive.
