The BTV30.1CA-32R-50C-D-150200-FW is a machine control terminal manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Designed as an operator panel for CNC applications that are subject to export restrictions, the unit combines local computing resources, fixed-function keys, and a sealed front so operators can load part programs, monitor axis states, and issue start or stop commands directly at the machine. A right-side array of 8 keys provides direct access to common machine functions during jogging or tool change sequences. This layout helps reduce reliance on on-screen menus when quick manual input is needed.

A 10.4" TFT color display with 640 × 480 resolution presents status pages and G-code lists without requiring an external monitor. Processing is handled by a Pentium 166 MHz slot PC with an integrated graphics adapter, and 32 MB of RAM supports the real-time operating environment used by the BOF/MUI interface.
