The BTV30.1CA-32R-50C-D-000100-FW is a machine control terminal produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Designed for CNC systems with an export-restriction flag, the unit combines display, keyboard, and embedded PC functions so that motion sequences, program editing, and diagnostic routines can be carried out directly at the machine. Integrated electronics allow close coupling with Indramat drives and PLC networks, which helps reduce panel space and external wiring while keeping operator access centralized at the front of the enclosure.

The unit is driven by a Pentium 166 MHz processor installed on a slot PC that also carries the graphics controller, and this hardware uses version 1 of the platform. Its working memory is fixed at 32 MB RAM, providing space for the real-time operating system and active part programs during normal operation. Process data, messages, and tool paths are shown on a 10.4" TFT color display with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels, giving the operator a clear view of status pages and program screens.
