The BTV30.1CA-08R-50B-D-030200-FW is an operator panel manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV30 Machine Control Terminals series. Supplied as a front-mounted human-machine interface, it supports CNC equipment by merging visual feedback, data storage, and key entry in one enclosure. The terminal forms the link between the numerical controller, drive amplifiers, and the machine operator, allowing program selection, axis override, and alarm acknowledgment without leaving the machine. By combining screen output with direct key entry, the panel helps operators monitor status messages, select stored jobs, and respond to alarms from the same front interface.

Its interface centers on a 10.4" TFT color display that renders 640 × 480 pixels for clear tool-path graphics. A Pentium 166 MHz processor executes the operator software, while a min. 500 MB hard drive stores part programs, system logs, and backups locally. Removable transfer is provided by a 3.5" 1.44 MB disk drive mounted behind the front flap.
