The BTV06.1HN-RS-FW is a miniature control panel manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV06 Miniature Control Panels series. The device integrates processing, display, and operator input in a 318 × 200 × 53 mm housing so it can be mounted directly on enclosures or pendant arms. In industrial automation, it serves as a human-machine interface that accepts commands, shows process data, and issues logical signals to controllers for local interaction with CNC systems or assembly equipment.

Its front face carries 39 tactile keys laid out for function, cursor, and numeric entry. The viewing element is a graphical LCD that delivers a raster of 240 x 128 pixels across a visible area of 124 x 70 mm, permitting text, icons, and simple trend plots to be shown without an external monitor. Program and recipe storage is handled by 1 MByte of flash, while volatile data, buffers, and screen memory reside in 512 KByte of RAM. A 68000 microcontroller coordinates these resources, scans the keypad, refreshes the display, and updates ten digital inputs and eleven digital outputs in deterministic cycles.

Communication with higher-level drives or PLCs is implemented through dual serial channels that support RS232/RS422/RS485 signaling, so the panel can be wired to diverse networks. The electronics draw no more than 650 mA from a regulated 24 VDC supply, an amount suitable for inclusion on standard control cabinet power buses. Front sealing, together with rear ventilation slots, gives the unit a protection rating of IP65/IP20, allowing exposed installation while protecting the electronics behind the mounting surface.
