The BTV05 Miniature Control Panels from Bosch Rexroth Indramat are built as compact operator terminals for PLC-based machine control and local visualization.
A 256 x 64 pixel LCD with LED backlighting provides the display interface, with a visible screen area of 124 x 34 mm for graphic-based operator information. Electrical integration is handled through a 24 VDC supply, RS232 and RS422/485 serial interfaces, and onboard 24 V digital I/O with 10 inputs and 11 outputs. Operator input is handled through a built-in keypad that includes seven freely assignable keys that can be labeled for machine-specific functions. For industrial panel use, the units combine an IP65 front, an IP20 housing, a light gray RAL 7035 finish, and support for as many as six connected panels on one control system.
