Advanced Technical and electrical systems require appropriate firmware in order to be optimally operated. The BTV04 miniature handling panel provides a graphical user interface for machine handling. The 7 keys on the keypad are programmable buttons, allowing the user to customize the system according to their needs. The universal ScreenManager software allows the user to craft custom defined applications, which are able to access the variables of all Indramat control families. BTV04 is designed for use in one or multiple axes control tasks, and the typical applications of the unit are automation & handling, packaging & food products, and machine tools.
FWA-BTV04*-CRE-01VRS-MS is integral software for BTV’s. BTV’s feature an aluminum front panel with 38 keys, and 128 x 64 pixel high-contrast graphical LC display with LED back lighting and dark mode. This combination allows for an optimal control over the system with clear-cut view due to the high quality screen. The hardware of the BTV04 consists of series 68000 microcontroller, a 1 Mbyte flash memory, and 512 Kbyte RAM, providing enough power to ideally operate the system without any sort of lag. The unit has 2 serial communication interfaces, RS485 interface with bus capability and RS232 interface, making communication smooth and efficient between the machine and the firmware.
