The BTC06.2A-F-EH3-FW/S002 is a handheld manual control unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTC06 Manual Control Units series. Intended as an auxiliary operator station for CNC machines and automated cells, it lets operators jog axes, adjust feed overrides, and trigger safety functions while standing next to the equipment. Because commands can be entered close to the machine, the user can observe axis response directly while making adjustments. This portable format supports machine-side setup and fault diagnosis without requiring constant return trips to the main control panel.

The panel operates from a stabilized 24 V DC supply and accepts an input range of 20 to 30 V. Communication with drives or PLCs is provided through RS-232C / RS-422A / RS-485 interfaces, permitting both point-to-point and multidrop wiring. This allows the unit to work with several control layouts used in industrial systems. Visual feedback is provided by a 240 × 128-pixel LCD with black-and-white graphics and LED backlighting for indoor readability.
