The BTC06.1A-N-EN3-FW is an industrial control panel developed by Rexroth Indramat for the control of all types of drive controllers manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The control panel contains an RS485/422 combination interface which allows the connection between the panel and the drive controller possible. The use of the BTC06.1A-N-EN3-FW for the control of industrial drive controllers makes industrial operation much safer for operators as dangerous movement can be stopped much more quickly with this control panel. Before using this control panel, operators should ensure the panel has been configured to suit the specific industrial controller it is to be used with. Configuration of the control panel can involve the addition of pre-programmed applications, emergency stops, and a live main switch depending on the industrial motor the control panel is the be used with.
The BTC06.1A-N-EN3-FW control panel is made up of a front panel with 48 keys and a 240x128 pixel graphic Liquid crystal display with a backlight light-emitting diode. The enclosure of this control panel provides it with protection according to the IP65 protection category, thus makes the control panel resistant to the penetration of solid foreign materials and water jet directed at it from any angle. The operation of this control panel is controlled by a 68000 microcontroller and an RS485 and RS422 communication interface. The controller uses a 1MBYTE flash and a 256 KByte SRAM to hold the information it requires for digital processing in the servo system
The BTC06.1A-N-EN3-FW industrial control panel can consume a maximum power of about 400 milliamperes, it also uses a supply voltage that falls between the range of 20 to 30 volts. The control weighs about 1.3 kilograms thus it can be easily carried around by the operator. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
