The BTA08 Machine Control Boards from Bosch Rexroth Indramat are compact operator control panels designed to match the appearance and mounting dimensions of the BTA20 operator panel and BTV20 visualization terminal.
The series provides eight front-panel installation locations for standard 22.5 mm control elements, allowing users to configure the panel with devices such as pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, toggle switches, and key switches. These units are supplied as unequipped front panels so machine builders can customize the control layout and wiring to suit the application. For industrial use, the front panel is made of varnished aluminum with a chemically resistant polyester film surface in RAL 7035 light gray, and it reaches IP65 protection when fitted with installed elements. The BTA08 has overall dimensions of 407 x 110 x 4 mm, weighs about 0.8 kg, and supports individualized front labeling through slide-in identification strips.
