Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DI4-M-PRO/10 is a display terminal in the BODAS Displays series. It combines a 7-inch LCD, embedded controller, and multiple I/O buses so that it can present machine parameters and accept operator input within mobile or stationary automation systems. Mounted in a cab roof, dashboard, or cabinet door, the unit links directly to controllers and sensors over its CAN and Ethernet ports, providing a compact visualization and diagnostics node for industrial and off-highway equipment.
The front panel carries a TFT screen with a diagonal of 7 in and a native resolution of 800 x 480 px; at maximum back-light current the brightness reaches 500 cd/m2. Touch input is handled by a capacitive layer that supports multi-finger gestures. An NXP processor rated at iMX6 Solo, 800 MHz works with 512 MByte of DDR3 RAM to render graphics while holding average power consumption close to 16 W. Two CAN 2.0B interfaces enable communication with J1939, CANopen, or proprietary networks, and a pair of 12 V digital outputs supply up to 300 mA for relay coils or status lamps. Additional connectivity includes a USB 2.0 service port for parameter upload and two PAL/NTSC video inputs for rear-view or process cameras.
Program binaries and user data reside in a soldered flash array of 2 GByte, and the real-time clock maintains timekeeping for 500 h when external power is absent. A switched physical layer operating at 10/100 Mbit/s supports firmware updates or remote diagnostics over Ethernet. The main supply is protected by an inline blade fuse rated at 5 A, guarding the board electronics and the two 12 V output stages. Two CAN status LEDs assist commissioning, and the fan-less aluminum housing dissipates heat to the ambient environment without additional cooling hardware.
