BODAS Displays

The BODAS Displays series is a Bosch Rexroth family of freely programmable operator interfaces designed for mobile working machines, combining machine visualization, user input, diagnostics, and service functions in a single display unit.

Across the series, the platform includes high-resolution color displays in multiple size classes, with hardware built around i.MX6 processors, onboard flash and RAM, adjustable backlighting, integrated light sensing, status indication, and real-time clock capability. Depending on the generation, user interaction is handled through programmable softkeys and push-turn controls or through capacitive multitouch operation, while screen content and machine functions can be configured through software environments such as CODESYS and, on newer versions, additional Linux-based programming options. Communication and integration features across the range include CAN bus, USB, video input, audio functions, and Ethernet interfaces, along with support for direct connection to BODAS controllers for parameter handling, diagnostics, and software flashing. The series is built for harsh vehicle and off-highway environments, with rugged housings, wide operating-voltage support, resistance to shock, vibration, moisture, and temperature extremes, and mounting options for either dashboard integration or stand-alone cab installation.
