Product Description:
Made by Bosch Indramat, the main spindle motor is designed for flange mounting. The output direction of the power connector is towards side A. The unit does not come with a holding brake but has digital servo feedback. The output shaft is a plain shaft with shaft sealing ring. Bearings are standard and balance class is S. The unit can be installed at any elevation as it is liquid cooled. For safe operation ambient temperature should be retained within 0-45 degrees Celsius.
The ADF motors are protected by their housing and coverings against contact with live parts of the motor, penetration by extrinsic objects and water seepage. The housing is also coated in black weathering resistant paint which is impervious to acids and alkalis. The shaft is sealed with a rubber seal which faces continuous wear and frictional heat. Lubrication ensures longevity of the seal. The lubricant also acts as a coolant and dissipates frictional heat. Lubrication can be consumed in less than 20000 hours if non-conforming or higher than specified loads are applied.
The power terminal can be either a terminal box or a power connector. Preference can be specified at the time of order but cannot be changed after delivery. The cable output direction out of the terminal box can be turned in increments of 90 degrees and can be changed upon delivery. The inbuilt motor NTC thermistor protects the motor against overheating. The drive sends out a suitable message if the motor is shut down due to overheating. If a unit is damaged or any machinery is faulty, Wake Industrial also provides repair and exchange services. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
