The ADF132D-B05TR1-BD03-D3N1 is a main spindle drive motor from Rexroth Indramat from the ADF range of motors. These ADF motors should be used at a temperature of 0° to 45° C for best results and optimal operation. These motors are used as servo drives and liquid cooled main spindle drives. They can also be used in various industries like textile industry, plastic industry, and printing industry. It offers a facility for broad speed ranges and has a field weakening range with a ratio of 1:6.
The motor has a provision for rotor feedback that sends communication to the drive. It can resolve a revolution of as small as 1/2 000 000th. It is equipped with a holding brake with which the shaft can be clamped down into position. This allows the main spindle to be safely held in place within the machine tool. It allows flange mounting. The motor runs on induction and is maintenance free.
The motor is dustproof and can additionally also withstand spraying by water with a protection of IP 65. The facility for power connection is on the right side of the motor. It comes with an output shaft sealing and with a main spindle motor that is equipped with a shaft B end to let you attach an additional position encoder to the side B of the engine.
