The ADF132D-B05TR1-BD03-B3S1 is a main spindle motor from Rexroth Indramat that belongs to the ADF series. These motors are to be used as liquid-cooled main spindle drives and servo drives in tool machines. These motors should be operated at a temperature of 0° to 45° C for safe motor usage. The motor has a feedback with a resolution of 1/2 000 000^th and it allows flange mounting. The motor has provision for feedback, enabling the drive to control speed and rotor position. It also gives a protection of IP 65 according to DIN 40050.  These motors are supposed to be used in printing, textile and plastics injection moulding machines. These motors have a provision for broad speed ranges and a broad field weakening range. The motor’s length is D and it is a size 132 motor.

It has the provision for output shaft where the rotor is balanced with a full key and also has a spindle bearing. It has a provision for various products from either the electrically actuated clamp or the release capabilities available in it and it is maintenance free.

It has the power connection facility on the right side of the motor. The coolant connection has an equipped output on side B of the motor engine and the windings of this motor are BD. It also gives a high-resolution motor feedback and has a heavy duty bearing.  It is provided with a plain shaft sealing and has a main spindle motor that comes with a shaft B end to let you attach an additional position encoder to the side B of the motor.
