Product Description:
The ADF132D-B05TR1-BD03-A3S1 is a Rexroth Indramat main spindle motor belonging to the ADF series line. The motor has a length of D and a size 132 motor. These motors are to be used as liquid-cooled main spindle drives and servo drives in tool machines. These motors should be operated at a temperature of 0° to 45° C for safe motor usage. It can resolve even a turn as small as 1/2 000 000th of a revolution and allows flange mounting. The motor has provision for feedback, enabling the drive to control speed and rotor position. It also gives a protection of IP 65 according to DIN 40050. These motors are equipped with broad speed ranges and a broad field weakening range.
It works with a holding brake that makes it easy to lock the output shaft to a standstill position enabling the main spindle to be held firmly in place inside the machine tool and has a spindle bearing. It is fitted with various versions from either the electrically actuated clamp or the release capabilities available. These motors can be very useful in printing, textile and plastics injection moulding machines.
It is maintenance free and has the power connection facility on the right side of the motor. The windings of this motor are BD and the coolant connection has a provided output on side B of the motor for it to be attached to it. It also gives a high-resolution motor feedback and has a heavy duty bearing. It comes with a plain sealing shaft and the main spindle motor is equipped with a shaft B end which is an extension to enable the attachment of an additional position encoder to the side B of the motor. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
