The ADF132D-B05TB1-AS03-B2N2 electrical motor has reductions in the losses due to friction that arise from shaft rotation, and in much quieter operation.  Integration of high resolution feedback and NTC thermistor for accuracy and safety has turned these electrical motor as an industrial standard. Motors are made with outstanding enclosure type, insulations system, frame construction, encoder capabilities and thermal protection for the industrial standard suitable environment.

The output shaft of the motor is balanced with entire key and is without shaft sealing ring in this specific model. Rotor of the motor is balanced with full key feature used in shaft-hub assembly. A balanced, interconnecting part must be used with the motor. The motor is integrated with standard bearing. The permissible radial force at the output shaft is dependent upon bearing assembly and average speed.

The ADF132D-B05TB1-AS03-B2N2 electrical motor is equipped with lifetime lubricated deep grooved ball and cylindrical roller bearings. The mechanical service life of the bearings equals 20,000 working hours. Liquid cooling is used for thermal compensation with NTC thermistor being built in motor winding.  Safeties for contact with live/moving parts, dust, water seeping and other extrinsic objects are incorporated in design. Motor operates on AC 380V with 36kw of output power and a sustainable torque of 229Nm. The operating permissible temperature is 0° to 45° C. Rexroth Indramat motors are properly tested prior to being shipped. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
