ADF100D-B05TA1-AS03-C2N2/S017 motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is used for mounting flange. The ADF main spindle motor requires little or no maintenance as the spindle motor works through the induction principle that is maintenance-free. The spindle motor functions as a liquid cooler or a servo drive in industrial machine tools. The ADF drive has been tested and has shown better results in practical applications on printing, plastic injection, textile, and molding machines. The motor works through getting feedback and taking the exact measurements of the rotor position and then sends the information to the drive to regulate the speed and positioning of the rotor. The function requires a variable speed of 1/ 2 000 000th revolutions.
Mounting of the motor on machines needs to abide by the DIN 42950 regulations. The motor can be mounted vertically or horizontally. If the ADF100D-B05TA1-AS03-C2N2/S017 motor is mounted horizontally facing up, ensure that liquid does not accumulate at the output shaft for longer durations.
