The ADF100B-B05TA1-BS03-A2N2 model is designed to operate at the nominal voltage of 220V to produce the continuous torque of 40 Nm at the continuous current of 45 A. The AC main spindle motor comes with a broad speed range and broad field weakening range of 1:6 which makes it suitable for machine tools, printing machines, and injection moulding machines. The motor comes with a B05 flange mounting design which allows it to be installed in IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3 orientations. The power connector of the motor is positioned at the top of the motor with an A-side output direction. The AC main spindle motor comes without any holding brake and it uses a high-resolution encoder to send a feedback signal to the motor which helps to determine the position, speed, ad direction of the output shaft. The motor is equipped with a plain shaft (without shaft sealing rings) which delivers the continuous output of 8.5 kW at the speed of 2000 rpm.

The model ADF100B-B05TA1-BS03-A2N2 comes with a liquid cooling system that assists in dissipating 1.4 kW of heat with the maximum system pressure of 3 bar. The total weight of the motor is 64 kg and the motor housing is protected by the IP65 protection class. The motor can operate ideally between the temperature ranges of +5 to +45 degree Celsius at any elevation. The motor comes with a standard bearing and it is balanced as per balance class S.
