The encoder comes with a high resolution of 2048 increments, where for every increment, a feedback pulse of 5 volts square wave is generated.
For speed regulation and control according to the PID parameters, the 2AD225C-B35OB1-AS06-B2V1 comes with a tacho feedback system, where the motor for every 1000 rpm generates a proportional feedback voltage for the motor controller to calculate the current speed of the servo motor, and according to that, the control module takes decisions to control the speed by increasing or decreasing it. For applications such as a conveyor belt system, the tacho feedback system is very important to help control the speed of the conveyor belt and is also necessary in the case of drilling applications.
