The 2AD225C-B35OB1-AS03-D2V1 from Rexroth is a heavy duty industrial servo motor that comes with a power rating of 90 kW. This exceptional servo motor offers both precision and reliability when it comes to high-accuracy operation, as it features high resolution feedback encoder with an incremental configuration that is able to count 2048 increments per complete rotation, allowing the motor control module to know the position of the shaft with high accuracy at all times. For every increment that this encoder detects, it generates a square wave pulse that helps the motor controller to register the angle or the position of the motor shaft.
This motor offers a nominal torque rating of 592 Nm, which at standstill mode of operation, is able to generate a rotational torque of 520 Nm when in a locked position, which is required in robotics-based applications.
