The 2AD225C-B35OB1-AS03-D2N1 is an asynchronous servo motor where the rotor of the servo motor rotates at a different speed compared to the stator. This motor has a rated speed of 1500 rotations per minute, making this a good option for various applications, including operating conveyor belt systems, since it can generate torque of 592 Nm at nominal. It can also be used in various manufacturing machines, along with robotics, and even be used as a drilling machine, thanks to its high speed of 5000 rotations per minute.
The power terminal of this servo motor is on the back side of the motor housing, including the encoder wiring, that makes the wiring clean and simple as they do not get in the way of the high-speed rotating shaft. The connector of this motor is a 360-degree rotatable connector that ensures the wires do not get tangled when mounting the wire or when performing maintenance tasks. When performing maintenance tasks, ensure to lubricate the high-friction parts of the motor, even though this servo motor comes with self-lubricating high-speed standard bearings.
