The 2AD series of motors from Rexroth are asynchronous operation servo motors that offer both high output torque as well as a high output rotation speed. The 2AD225C-B35OB1-AS03-A2N1 in particular comes with a rated speed of 1500 rpm, which allows this servo motor to be able to generate 592 Nm of rotational torque. The power rating for this servo motor is 93 kW, where it consumes around 210 amperes of current to operate while being operated at a voltage of 170 Volts AC.
When operating this servo motor, ensure a well-ventilated area to help with the cooling. This motor comes with an axial blower fan that requires 460 volts AC to function and is able to produce an airflow of 1000 m³ of air per hour that helps cool the servo motor very quickly.
