Product Description:
The 2AD225C-B35OAE-CS00-C4S1/S001 from Rexroth comes with an IEC 63006 certified shaft design that allows it to be locked onto a shaft coupler which helps with attaching load onto the motor shaft especially when it comes to rotating heavy load shaft at high speeds and to prevent them from slipping during operation. This particular configuration of the servo motor does not come with an encoder for tracking and is particularly made for high-speed torque transmission and drilling applications helping operate spindles for drill and CNC machines.
This motor comes with a longer frame of length 180 mm and features a centering diameter of 225 mm all while weighing around 710 kg making this one of the heaviest motors in the series. The connector of this motor is available at the top side which makes it easier to connect to and since it features a 360-degree connector, the wiring is also super easy as it can easily be rotated without causing additional strain to it. This motor comes with vibration grade R which helps with dampening the vibration in the motor housing.
The technical specifications for this servo motor include a rated torque rating of 592 Nm along with a current rating of 210 amperes when operating at 440 volts AC. The input voltage frequency rating for this servo motor is 50 to 60 Hz while the phase configuration supported by this servo motor is both star and delta configuration.
