The 2AD225C-B35OA1-AS06-H2V2 from Rexroth Indramat is an asynchronous servo motor that runs on a 3-phase input supply of 440 volts with an input frequency rating of 47 to 63 Hz. This servo motor supports PWM and vector control to help operate this motor, and also relies on a closed-loop feedback control system to help minimize the overall error rate by continuously subtracting the error margin, minimizing it to a negligible size. This motor comes with a current rating of 210 amperes, which means it can generate a rotational torque of 592 Nm.
The motor is designed to be very efficient and power-friendly as it is able to provide up to 2.82 Nm of torque for every ampere of current that it draws from the power. The motor winding has a winding resistance rating of 22.7 ohms, and the reason for keeping such a low resistance is to ensure the flow of current easily through the winding of the servo motor. To ensure the current flowing through the winding is not of high frequency that may affect the operation, the winding inductance of this motor offers protection against sudden electrical surges within the motor winding. An EMC filter capacitor is also supported with this motor by connecting it in parallel with the line voltage, helping reduce electrical noise in the supply line.
