Bosch Rexroth Indramat builds the 2AD200C-B35OA1-AS07-B2N1 in its 2AD 3-Phase Induction Motors series. This AC induction motor supplies rotating power for machine tools, printing lines, and handling equipment that require continuous torque at a fixed line frequency. It is intended for industrial installations where stable output is needed through long operating periods. When used with a compatible drive system, the motor supports coordinated motion so speed and torque can be matched with other axes in the same machine.

The motor body corresponds to size code 200, which gives it a large stator diameter and high thermal mass. Cooling air is forced through the housing by an integrated axial blower, allowing rated current to be used without overheating even in tight enclosures. The unit is supplied without a holding brake, so static load retention must be provided by an external device when required. The housing supports flange and foot mounting, letting the frame be secured by the flange face or the foot pads to suit the machine layout. Rotor position and revolution count are returned through a digital multi-turn absolute encoder, permitting homing-free startups and accurate closed-loop control.

A sealed junction box on top of the stator houses the power conductors and keeps the connection point consolidated in one location. The motor is built to vibration grade R, and it uses winding code AS for electrical compatibility with standard Indramat inverters. Power exits through a top-mounted cable outlet on Side A, which eases routing inside vertical panels or above machine bases. The shaft uses standard bearings, is balanced with an entire key, and operates without a shaft seal to reduce friction. Side B is machined without a shaft end, and the motor has length code C for this frame size.
