The 2AD160B-B05OB1-BS03-B2N1 is an AC induction motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the 2AD 3-Phase Induction Motors series. As a drive element, it delivers rotary power to machining centers, material-handling axes, and other automated stations that rely on closed-loop speed regulation. The motor integrates with frequency inverters and servo controllers, allowing plant designers to match torque and speed to process demand while retaining the efficiency benefits of squirrel-cage construction.

The motor stays within its thermal envelope by using an Axial Blower that pushes cooling air along the stator frame. Mechanical integration is simplified by Flange mounting, so the housing bolts directly to gearboxes or machine walls without base plates. Position data are sent through High-resolution motor feedback, permitting tight velocity loops and quick load recovery.
