An asynchronous motor is a type of electric motor where the rotor spins a little slower than the magnetic field created by the stator. This gap between the speeds is called slip, and it plays a vital role in motor analysis. The 2AD132D-B35OA2-AS03-A2N1 is one of this kind and designed by Rexroth company. Unlike synchronous motors, they do not require external excitation or permanent magnets. The motor is equipped with standard bearings that uplift the motor characteristics and help to deliver the max speed of 7500 rpm.
