To operate high torque gearboxes for your industrial systems, the 2AD132D-B35OA1-BD01 is a great choice as this motor is capable of generating nominal torque of 140 Nm all the way up to 345 Nm at its peak speed of 7500 rpm. This motor has great efficiency as it comes with a torque constant ratio of 2.59 Nm per ampere of current resulting in a high amount of torque per ampere of current that it consumes which is 54 amperes at 290 volts AC input voltage. This motor has a power rating of 22 kW.
The power terminal position for this servo motor is on the top which helps it connect the wires very easily without needing too much effort as the connector is on the clear side of the motor preventing them from getting obstructed especially during high-speed operations. The axial blower on this motor follows the B to A airflow which is from the rear to the front to help cool the internals of the motor especially the coil of the servo motor which dissipates around 2 kW of power as heat.
This motor comes with a thermal time constant of 55 minutes which is the average time that it takes for this servo motor to cool down to its steady state temperature. Users can also attach an external cooling fan to the external mounts provided to help cool the motor faster, however an external supply will be needed. This motor comes with a low noise rating of 75 dB even with a cooling blower fan attached to this servo motor.
