The 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-C2N1 is a 2AD servo motor that can be combined with a DIAX, or an ECODRIVE digital control drive to provide a high power solution for operating systems in an industrial control system. This particular servo motor comes with a 132D frame size that comes with a centering diameter of 350 mm and a length of 817 mm. The motor weighs approximately 135 kg since it's made up of various heavy-duty materials including aluminum to help prolong the life of the servo motor by preventing rust since the aluminum body comes with a black prime sealant paint job.
The main features offered by this AC servo motor are a rated torque of 140 Nm and can generate rotational speeds from 1500 rpm all the way up to 7500 rpm. This AC motor comes with an electrically released 30 Nm holding brake that requires 24 volts DC to operate and comes with a voltage tolerance of 10%. When the brake is engaged using an external DC supply, the brake draws approximately 1.3 amperes of current.
This servo motor comes with a high-resolution feedback system that relies on the closed loop configuration where this motor with the help of a high-resolution encoder system is able to calculate the position of the shaft of the servo motor. The tacho feedback system helps with the speed tracking of the servo as the voltage constant of 102 volts per 1000 rpm is used as a feedback voltage to calculate the current speed of the servo motor to help keep the speed around the control system set point ensuring it does not exceed the speed limit.
