The Indramat-manufactured 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-B2N1 asynchronous induction spindle motor is a high-performance solution for industrial automation and CNC systems, featuring a 22kW power output and 140Nm rated torque in the largest “D” frame size of the 2AD series. Its 118×10⁻³ kgm² rotor inertia ensures precise control during acceleration, while the base speed of 1,500rev/min scales to 7,500 RPM under peak conditions.
Operating at less than 300V with a 54A current draw, the motor requires 16mm² cross-section areas for safe connectivity. Cooling is managed by an axial blower directing airflow from B to A, consuming at least 145VA power and circulating 1,000 m³/h of air. Key specs include noise levels of 75 decibels, 135kg weight (add 4kg for the holding brake), and F-class insulation for thermal stability. Designed for 45°C operational temperatures, the 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-B2N1 uses R-grade vibration resistance and standard bearings.
