Product Description:

This Indramat 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-A2N1 asynchronous motor is engineered for high-torque applications in machine tools and CNC systems. As the largest frame size in the 2AD series, it provides 22kW output and 140Nm rotational capability, supported by 118 × 10⁻³ kgm² rotor inertia for precise acceleration.

The motor’s standard 1,500 RPM velocity extends to 7,500 under high-end settings, making it suitable for demanding industrial tasks. Operating at 300V and drawing almost 54A current, it necessitates a 16mm²-diameter wiring for secure connectivity. Cooling is facilitated by an axial blower (B→A airflow), requiring 145VA to 170VA power. The major features of the 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-A2N1 include 135kg weight and F-class insulation for thermal resilience. Made for 45°C operational temperatures, it employs R, S, and S1-grade balance class and standard bearings. The B35 mounting allows for installation via flange or foot, with a top-positioned terminal oriented toward side A. The time constant (thermal) for this motor is 55 minutes (almost an hour).

This motor tolerates sound pressure values of 75 dB(A). Also, a high-res motor feedback exists in the 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS23-A2N1.
