When used for industrial applications that require high torque motor for performing rotating tasks, then 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS01-B2N1 is a great choice as it not only comes with a high torque output of 140 Nm but also is a high-speed servo with a maximum speed rating of 7500 rpm. The motor also ensures that it is able to provide accurate positioning of its shaft, especially if used in position-critical applications. The way it tracks the positioning of the shaft is with the help of an encoder that comes with a resolution of 2048 steps for one single rotation. The encoder on this motor is a 5-volt encoder that continuously generates up to 5-volt square wave pulses as feedback.
To mount this high-speed 7500 rpm servo motor, the 2AD132D-B35OA1-AS01-B2N1 comes with both foot and flange mounting options making it versatile when it comes to using it for various projects and installing them easily. The mounting is recommended to be performed at a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level to fall under the rated category, making it easier for the servo motor to follow all the rated specifications.
This motor comes with a fully balanced shaft key design but it does not feature a shaft seal ring in the front of the servo motor.
