The 2AD132D-B35LA2-BD03/S013 is a heavy-duty servo motor that runs on closed-loop control mode and can also run using the vector control method or even the PWM control method, based on the application this servo motor is being used for. This particular model of servo comes with a high-resolution feedback system that ensures a precise placement of the servo shaft positioning, which helps this motor be accurate, especially when it comes to robotics applications. The encoder on this servo motor comes with a 2048 increment resolution and is a single-turn encoder module that requires around 5 to 12 volts DC to operate.
The S013 special option allows this motor to come with a special shaft design that features a slot and key mechanism to lock the shaft in place with the coupler to prevent slipping during high-speed or high-torque rotations.
