Product Description:
The 2AD132D-B05OL1-BD16-B2N1 is an asynchronous induction-based servo motor that requires an operational voltage of 290 volts AC with an operating frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. This servo motor is a powerhouse as it has a power rating of 22 kW and can draw up to 54 amperes of current at nominal operating conditions that may increase up to 61 amperes of current under heavy-duty mode. This motor can run on both ND normal duty mode and HD Heavy duty mode of operation, and in heavy-duty mode, the servo motor is able to generate a locked rotor torque of 147 Nm while in normal duty mode, the nominal torque rating is at 140 Nm.
This motor, even with an axial blower that is capable of generating an airflow of 1000 m³ of air per hour, is able to only produce a noise of up to 75 dB when standing 1 meter from the servo motor, which ensures a quiet design following the industrial safe limit for noise. To further suppress the noise, this motor can be installed in a cabinet using a compatible flange. Ensure the noise suppression cabinet is well-ventilated to prevent the motor from overheating.
Speaking of thermal specification, this servo motor has a favorable operating temperature range between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and is thermally insulated for up to 170 degrees Celsius maximum. The thermal time constant of this servo motor is around 75 minutes, which is the maximum time taken by this servo motor to go back to its steady state operational temperature. This helps the servo motor cool down very quickly, ensuring a swift cooling option which is supported by the axial blower.
