Product Description:
The 2AD132D-B05OL1-BD03/S002 from Rexroth is a 22 kW servo motor that is able to generate a nominal rotational torque of 140 Nm. This AC servo motor is designed for applications such as plastic molding machines, textile machines, and high-precision robotics applications as it comes with a high-resolution feedback system that uses the closed-loop control method for high-precision control. This servo motor requires around 50 amperes of current along with 290 volts AC to operate nominally.
The blower fan on this servo motor helps keep the motor cool during high-speed rotations as this servo motor is designed to be used in areas where high temperatures may arise, for example in oil and gas plant systems. This motor comes with a black prime paint sealant for its body that helps prevent the body from reacting with various gases or environmental factors, preventing it from affecting the enclosure of the motor that may lead to corrosion. The motor also comes fully sealed and protected internally thanks to the IP 65 certification that ensures the servo motor is both dustproof as well as watertight, keeping the internals of the servo motor safe.
This motor coil comes with an inductance of 71 mH that helps smooth out the supply voltage, keeping the noise out of the system. It even offers a capacitor slot for EMC that helps filter out the supply to the servo motor, providing a smooth supply of voltage to the motor that helps with a smooth operation and to ensure an efficient operation. The torque constant for this motor is fairly good as it offers around 2.8 Nm of torque generated for every ampere of current that it draws from the power supply.
