With a solid aluminum body design that comes with a reinforced structure to absorb vibrations, the 2AD132D-B05OL1-AS03-A2N1 from the 2AD series of motors is capable of rotating at the maximum speed of 7500 rpm. The centering diameter of this motor is also kept at 132 mm to keep in line with the rotational speed as well as the load applied onto the shaft of the motor to help stabilize the rotation and to prevent the shaft from breaking or bending during heavy load, high speed rotation.
The all aluminum body is made using an anodized aluminum metal block that ensures it does not react with chemicals or various environmental factors that may lead to corrosion or causing the housing of the servo motor to degrade over time. With the inclusion of an IP 65 protection rating, the 2AD132D-B05OL1-AS03-A2N1 is kept safe internally as it helps prevent dust and moisture from creeping into the motor enclosure and also features a shaft seal ring that helps prevent lubrication oil from spilling outside the motor housing. This motor comes with standard high speed bearings that do not require regular lubrication as they offer a self lubrication feature.
