2AD132D-B05OA1-AS03-D2N3 is a 2AD 3-Phase Induction Motors asynchronous motor. It supports high-resolution feedback and works in combination with a motor controller. In addition to supplying motor power, the controller controls and manages motor speed, output torque, and shaft position. The main shaft on the motor features a key and a seal. The shaft is balanced with a full key. By reducing unnecessary vibrations, a full-keyed balancing shaft reduces friction and energy losses within the system. This leads to more efficient power transfer and optimized performance of the machinery. The combination of a balancing a shaft with a full key improves vibration damping, stability, efficiency, and longevity of rotating machinery, leading to smoother and safer operations. The motor gets power via a power terminal located on top and the axial blower gets power via a terminal box connection on side A.
The power connection and feedback connection on the motor are IP65 rated. The axial blower has IP54 protection rating. The shaft with installed seal is IP65 rated.
