Part of the 2AD Asynchronous motors designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat from Bosch Electric Germany, the 2AD132C-B35RB3-BS03-D3V1 is a 96 Nm servo motor that has a 3 pole design. This motor has an Asynchronous design where the stator and the rotor function and varying speeds and operate on the induction phenomenon. The 3 poles of this servo motor require an input voltage of around 279 volts AC and have a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. To vary the speeds each pole can be excited with varying input frequency to change the speed.
The BS03 configuration allows the coil of the poles to have a resistance of around 0.36 ohms which allows this motor to generate around 15 kW of power with a power dissipation of around 1.2 kW, this is when the motor is new and the coil of this servo motor haven't been used too much. This servo motor also comes with a connection for EMC coil for supply filtering to allow this servo motor to get filtered supply voltage spike free.
This motor comes with an additional feature of an extra shaft end designed for attaching an extra encoder that can help enhance the accuracy of the servo rotation allowing this motor to provide more accurate outputs. The V marked bearing on this servo motor are high speed heavy duty bearings which are self lubricating that allow this motor to run for a very long time without the need for maintenance or lubrication. The Vibration severity grade of this servo motor is Reinforced as this allows this motor to dampen vibrations from the servo motor allowing this servo to provide better output performance.
