Product Description:
The 2AD132C-B35RB2-BS03-D3V1 is a servo motor with an asynchronous design. This servo motor comes with a winding designation of BS along with a motor of size C. The 2AD132C-B35RB2-BS03-D3V1 motor offers a nominal power rating of 15 kW and a torque rating of 96 Nm. At base speed, this motor can rotate at a speed of 1500 rotations per minute while the peak speed offered by this motor is around 7500 rpm. This motor has an operating voltage of 167 volts AC and can draw a current of up to 65 amperes.
The B35RB2 configuration allows the motor to feature both foot type mounting as well as flange type mounting options where the motor is easily mounted directly onto control systems allowing the servo motor. The power terminal position is placed on the right side of the servo motor allowing the power connector to be easily attached to it even if the space is limited. The output direction of the terminal box is on the back side of the servo allowing the motor to provide the output directly from the rear end.
This servo motor also comes with an axial blower fan where the airflow is from side A to side B which is the front end to the back end allowing the ambient air to rush internally cooling the motor coil and then exiting out the back. This blower fan requires approximately 460 to 4800 volts AC to function and draws around 0.71 amperes of current. The blower fan also has an airflow rate of 1000 m3 per hour cooling the motor internals quickly. This motor also comes with high-resolution feedback that allows the motor to provide accurate shaft rotation.
