The 2AD132C-B35RB2-BS01-A2V1 from Rexroth comes with a low inertia design with a rotor inertia of 0.076 kgm2 which allows this motor to go from stationary to a high speed of 7500 rpm in a matter of seconds. The low inertia design also allows this motor to adjust its speed with a quick response time in order to counter the change in load attached to the servo shaft of the motor, especially when it comes to applications such as robotics where the load varies.
This motor is not just designed to be used in industrial applications but is designed to be used in various applications such as conveyor belt systems as it can generate a rotational torque of 96 Nm, allowing the conveyor belt to move around heavy loads easily without affecting the overall performance of the motor. This motor is designed to be a 10 kW torque motor that requires around 279 volts AC to operate with a 3-phase connection and an input operating frequency between 50 Hz to 60 Hz.
