The 2AD132C-B35RB1-CS06-B2V1 part of the well-known 2AD high-speed servo motor series from Rexroth Indramat from Bosch Electric is a 96 Nm servo motor that draws around 39 amperes of nominal current while operating at nominal voltage of 279 volts AC. This servo motor at nominal operating mode can generate a rotational speed of 7500 rpm at a maximum and comes with a nominal base speed rating of 1500 rpm.
This motor is designed for applications such as CNC machining, milling, packaging machines, wrapping machines, conveyor belt systems and many other industrial processes including robotics thanks to the inclusion of high-resolution feedback systems. The feedback systems include a digital encoder system that accurately tracks the positioning of the motor shaft and also the inclusion of a speed control system using a tachofeedback system which generates a proportional 3 volts feedback signal whenever the motor attains an addition of 1000 rpm to the rotational speed of the servo motor allowing the motor control system to calculate the current speed as well as the speed needed to attain according to the setpoint entered in the control system.
This motor comes with a black prime paint used for protecting the body of the servo motor from corrosion and oxidization even though the maximum humidity this motor can withstand is up to 89%. This servo motor is also protected by an IP 65 protection rating along with a class F insulation against fire and has a maximum thermal temperature rating of up to 170 degrees Celsius.
