Product Description:
With a frame of size C and part of the 2AD Asynchronous series, the 2AD132C-B35RB1-CS03-A2N1 is a high-speed servo motor that comes with a high-resolution feedback system with a maximum speed of 7500 rpm. This 15 kW servo motor comes with a rotational torque of 96 Nm and can draw up to 39 Amperes of current during normal operation and requires a nominal voltage of 279 volts with a 3-phase input configuration to excite the 3 poles of the servo.
This motor comes with a blower fan that draws air from the back of the servo motor and has a voltage requirement of up to 460 volts AC with a 3-phase configuration. This blower fan, even though it has a cooling rate of 1000 m3 per hour, has a noise level rating of 70 dB which is well within the industrial regulations for safety and noise pollution. Speaking of industrial standards, this servo motor comes with CE, EU, CULus, and other certification standards. This motor is IP 65 certified keeping the servo motor safe and protected from dust and water along with up to 0.2 mm deep scratches on the surface.
This motor features the A2N1 which has a smooth shaft design perfect for the transmission of torque but without a shaft seal ring on the front of the motor. The side B on the shaft is not present for attaching an extra external encoder. The motor comes with standard self-lubricating bearings which do not require replacing unless damaged. Finally, this servo offers a vibration absorbent design as it comes with a vibration severity grade R where the structure of the servo motor is reinforced to ensure the vibrations do not affect the overall construction of the servo motor.
