The 2AD132C-B35OA2-CS03-B2N2 comes with the B2N2 configuration which allows this servo motor to have an output shaft with a balanced key design that can connect various components and couplers on the shaft which enables smooth torque transmission allowing this servo motor to provide an efficient and reliable operation. This servo motor relies on the feedback from a resolution incremental or an absolute encoder for positioning tracking of the motor shaft, while to adjust and regulate the speed according to the control system set points, the motor uses a tacho feedback voltage system which generates a proportional feedback voltage for every 1000 rpm speed increment.
With an Ingress protection of IP 65 which helps keep the servo protected from various extreme environmental factors, this servo motor is designed to be installed in an open environment. The exterior of the servo motor is painted using the black prime paint which helps prevent oxidation of the aluminum body keeping the motor safe even if it's mounted near a highly humid area. To mount this AC servo motor, operators can either mount this servo on a flat surface using the foot mounting attachment at the base of the servo or it can use the flange and mount the motor radially directly onto a machine system. The maximum height allowed by the manufacturer is 1000 meters for mounting.
This servo motor is made to be compact and lightweight having a frame size of length C and a centering diameter of 132 mm. The weight of the servo motor is 115 kg which makes this series of servo motors one of the most lightweight series of AC servo motors from Rexroth. The power connector and the terminal box of the motor is attached to the top of the motor making the wiring of the motor easy.
