For applications that require both high-speed performance and a high rotational torque rating, the 2AD132C-B35OA2-BS03-B2N3 is the perfect choice as it offers a maximum speed of 7500 rotations per minute while offering a maximum torque of 112 Nm at the maximum speed. At the rated base speed of 1500 rpm, this servo motor can generate a rotational torque force of 96 Nm. To ensure the life of the servo motor is prolonged and maintained, the manufacturer, Rexroth, recommends lubricating the servo motor after every 20,000 cycles of use and replacing high-speed parts such as bearings after every 15,000 cycles of use to ensure high performance.
The power terminal for this particular motor configuration is positioned on the top and is completely rotatable, allowing the operator to easily wire the motor and debug it even if the motor is mounted in a confined area. Speaking of mounting, this AC servo motor comes with both foot mounting and flange mounting options to allow the servo to be easily mounted based on the applications it is being used for.
